Board of Directors
The Board shall be twelve (12) members, each of who shall server for three (3) years or until
their successors are elected and duly qualified. Four (4) directors shall be elected annually
by the members of the Chamber. The Chair of the Board may appoint no more than three (3) additional
directors, each serving for a one year term, beginning for the date of appointment. The Board of Directors may
also include non-voting members, who shall be appointed by the Board in its discretion the interest of the Chamber.
